BAKE Awards: Graduate Farmer Eldoret based platform gets nominated again!

Graduate Farmer an online agribusiness platform based in Eldoret has just been nominated in two categories (Best Agricultural Blog and Kenyan Blog of the Year) at the BAKE Awards)!

Joseph Boit, the founder of Graduate Farmer, hails from Kapkong, Turbo Constituency, Uasin Gishu County. He hopes to empower young men and women in Kenya from becoming job seekers to job creators through agribusiness.

The platform has been running since January 2015 and has since morphed to providing solar powered irrigation systems, practical agricultural training, consultation and linkages to farmers – through strategic partnerships with farms in Uasin gishu county and like-minded organizations.
